About Us

Buggies and Babies was opened in August 2009 at our first location in Bonita, CA. We started out small but steadily grew during our first year.

Buggies and Babies Otay Ranch opened in October 2010.  We were thrilled to have the second location. However, due to the close proximity of both stores and to allow us to better serve our customers, we closed our Bonita location in March 2011. We do hope that in the near future we can find a great location for a 2nd or maybe 3rd home for Buggies and Babies.

We are authorized dealers for many baby gear manufacturers, whose products and/or samples can be found at our store. What better way to appreciate the product and your purchase then seeing it person.

Our products include (but are not limited to) the Moby Wrap, Dolcino Wrap, Ergo Baby Carrier, Beco Carrier, Baby Hawk, Bumbleride Strollers, BOB Gear Strollers, Phil and Ted Strollers, Combi Strollers and Car Seats, Clek Car Seats, Ju-Ju-Be Bags and accessories, Hygeia Baby, Simplisse, Thirsties, Fuzzi Bunz, Rockin Green Detergent, and many more!

We also carry nursing products and essentials, baby care, and safety products as well as unique gifts that are perfect for baby showers or newborns.

In addition to our great products, we offer Breastpump rentals. We feature the Hygeia EnJoye hospital grade breastpump for rent. Our rates are competitive and we offer flexible rental terms. Along with the Hygeia Enjoye, we carry at both locations the Hygeia EnDeare professional grade breastpump and their accessories. 

We offer Layaway for purchases greater than $100 and Gift Registry with Rewards programs. We also host fun, family events at our store and within our community, such as Doodlebug Designs, Seasonal/Holiday photo sessions for your little ones, family fun walks, Baby Sign Language, Infant Massage, and Baby Carrier classes.
