At a restaurant or at a grocery store or Target... it fits everything and I can opt out of using the questionable looking straps the carts come with since this has a seat belt. It's always in our car's trunk ready to go. We've gotten so many questions and comments when we're out. I've tried other brands (waste of money) and this one has what we're looking for.
