Payments:

We accept Cash, Checks, Pay Pal, American Express, Discover, MC, and Visa.

We also issue Gift Certificates and accept Layaway payment plans.

Price match:
Yes! We will price match. If you see the same item for less at another authorized retailer's store or authorized web retailer, we will definitely match or beat their price. The item must be the same model, year, and color. Again the competitor must be an authorized retailer. Please provide us with the other retailer's website or store information.

Shipping:
If shipping charges are indicated, the costs will be added to your order. Prices shown are for shipping within the 48 continental United States only. 
We are able to ship to APO/FPO Military addresses via USPS, however, extra charges may be applied. After receiving your order, we will forward an updated order invoice with applicable APO/FPO charges.
We are also able to ship outside the US via Federal Express. Please provide us with your complete postal information and we will provide a shipping quote to you prior to completing your order. If the shipping charges are reasonable to both parties, we will revise your invoice accordingly.

Discount shipping charges will be applied if we are able to combine your order of multiple items.

Returns/Exchanges:

All used items are final sales.  

All new items are accepted for returns/exchange if you are unsatisfied with your item or if it is defective under the following policy :
Within 10 days, we will grant a full refund (less shipping) for any product that is returned to us in unopened original packaging. After 10 days and within 30 days, we will grant a refund less a 15% restocking fee if the item has been opened and is in resale condition.

If you're expecting the return policy begins the day after your baby is born.

If the item is shipped to us for a return, refunds will be mailed to you after we have received the returned item and upon inspection of packaging and/or condition of product. We will contact you once your refund has been processed.

Layaway Policy:

Buggies and Babies offers 3 layaway plans for any item or total orders over $100:

3 months deferred payments with 10% down
3 or 6 equal monthly payments with 10% down
6 months deferred payments with 50% down

Buggies and Babies now allows 3 or 6 equal payment plan as a payment form for on-line purchases. We will collect 10% of order total the day order is placed. Depending on the plan you select, we will use the same payment method to collect 3 or 6 equal payments until your order is paid in full.

Consignment program:

Buggies and Babies offers consignment for your baby gear subject to approval of the product. We handle all the listing, presenting, and delivery of your item. Gift Registry:

Expecting a little one? You can set up a Gift Registry on our web site. It is easy to set up and user-friendly for your friends and family to browse and purchase from. Once you complete the registry you will receive a link that you can provide to your family and friends. The link will send them directly to your registry. If your guests purchase from the site, they can have the items delivered directly to you.
Also, we create a "Reward Program" for you - based on the dollars spent toward your registry you will earn credits for your own future purchases.
